I recently felt compelled to write down the things that I absolutely love about Louis at the moment. They will change I know they will, but I just want to make sure I never ever forget this time. Everything is going so quickly! So here they are. Can you relate to any??

I love it when…..

1) ….I go to see him in the night or morning and his little bum is sticking up in the air as he lay peacefully asleep. I just want to munch it!

2)….he hears a loud noise (the nutribullet!) and he holds his arms up to mummy. He’s not a cuddly baby, so this is so important to me that he wants me when he’s concerned.

3) ….he continuously goes “Ahhhh…Ahhhh” looking at you waiting for you to respond to him and once you notice him he carries on his business.

4)….I say “No Louis” he gives me the cheekiest smile and carries on. Not one for the future but it’s quite funny now!!

5)… when he bites my nose to show he loves me. Well I think it is. I call it a love snuggle.

6)….when he see’s us first thing when we get him and he smiles. It’s the most amazing feeling that we have made this little person and he wants nothing else but us first thing. The smile is priceless.

7)….when I literally take my eyes off him for 3 seconds and he’s gone. I get a little concerned but he’s there seeing if I’m watching him. He got half way up the stairs last time!!

8)….I love love love watching him twizzle things around in his hands. He looks at his toy in amazement, susses it out and just really examines it. I love looking at his little hands keeping busy thinking I made those.

9)….watching his little eye’s open and close when he blinks. They are such complicated little things but this I just adore, again I can’t quite believe we made him.

10)…cuddles before bed. I love his smell, I love how he is just so happy and settled and just wants his book, bottle and mummy or daddy before bed. I so hope this carries on.

Oh and just one more…

11) …the way he scrunches his eyes up when he smiles. Daddy taught him that one!

God I just love this boy. He makes me smile and I count my blessings each and everyday to have such a perfect boy. We are so so lucky. Above he’s spying on Daddy in the shower – I bet that was a sight!

Why not give it a go. You don’t need to write a blog but just write them down and keep them safe so that you can remember this moment in time forever.
