Can’t wait to show you this fab shoot with Selina and her son Jensen, who was nearly turning two. Selina works with my husband and she’s been meaning to get some photo’s done for a while and wanted to get some done before he grew up too much and capture those special moments.
It was great that she chose Little Beanies as she wanted more natural ones to capture his little personality and we certainly did.
He was so funny. He had a slight obsession with the pigeons at first and we didn’t think we would actually make it around the park but when he saw more and more going on he just wanted to explore. He loved smelling the flowers and running around and then we met a squirrel and played ‘peek a boo’ around the trees.
Selina initially said she didn’t want many of her and him but I just had too. Selina is just so photogenic and I really wanted to capture that Mother and Son bond. They clearly have an awesome relationship just watching them play. I honestly got a bit choked at times as I could imagine my little Louis having cuddles with me.
We stopped for a bite to eat. You can see him munching, again this is just everyday life and to capture this was just adorable. Don’t you just love it when kids show you the contents of their mouths – so funny!!
We found a lovely tree for mummy and little boy snuggles and these are just gorgeous before then throwing himself with his mummy down a hill,. He was in absolute histerics. I just love it that my shoots are just so spontaneous and that’s what makes them so fun and natural. He was quite tired by the end but the morning was enjoyed by all. I just had to sneak in a thumb sucking shot!!
Thanks Selina for letting me capture your morning with your little man, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I just love what I do.
I would love it if you could share and like my work.
Much Love
Lisa xx
