_D0B2076I haven’t posted for a while, just because time is flying by so fast and I just don’t get the time like I used to. Billy is definitely not that settled in the day like Louis was so it’s a little harder to get anything done at the mo.

So we went for a little stroll in the park to feed the ducks and look for the scary swans as Louis calls them. Although I think Louis ate more bread than the actual ducks did. We can’t quite work out Billy’s hair colour currently but Louis’ did start off a little like this too and then went white blonde. There’s definitely some warmth in it though 😉 I did pop some on of Billy at 6 weeks old but never got round to posting it. He’s just growing so fast and changing so quickly. I keep comparing him to Louis but they are actually so different in terms of personality and looks (well I think so).

Louis has taken it quite hard being an older brother. It must be so hard when you had all the attention and now it’s Billy too. I just don’t have enough hands. I’m consistently letting one of them down but trying not to give myself a hard time about it. I love it when I get my one to one time with either of them, I really do treasure those times. I don;t get as much one to one with Louis but when Daddy is around we can do things more. Just love his cheeky face. I’m not going to lie for one second that it has been easy as it’s a challenge everyday and I take my hat off to all those ‘more than one child’ mums out there, well any mum for that matter, I had no idea how it was going to be and it can be blooming hard but so rewarding at the same time. One day you feel like Super Women and the next oh my I just can’t get it right.

I thought Louis would be more of a Daddy’s boy when Billy came along but I have to say it’s been quite the opposite. He actually wants me more. But I’m not complaining one bit.

Billy is trying so hard to suck his thumb at the moment. Not sure how I feel about that – I keep popping the dummy in but I’m not sure I’m going to win. You can’t chop a thumb off can you. Ha Ha.

Billy is just such a delight – such a smiler and very content. Slightly less settled in the day but I said I would never get anything like a swing etc as I didn’t want him to rely on it and create habit. Anyway all of that has gone out the window as I was lent this beauty from a friend. It’s called a 4MOM MamaRoo. It’s not cheap but think I would have bought it anyway. It’s worth every penny! I can actually eat my lunch with two hands now 😉

Love my boys. Thanks for popping by.

Love to all

Lisa xx
