These two were having a ball in St Mawes this weekend. George, Anna and Hatty, some lovely friends of ours, kindly invited us to St Mawes with them last weekend. St Mawes is just beautiful and situated right next to pubs and restaurants that are within walking distance. I have to confess that we really did do what we wanted and the children worked around us as we were able to do nice walks and pubs grub (within reason obviously). I have more pics to follow of their gorgeous family soon.

It was so lovely having the two little ones together at a very similar age. There’s only 5 weeks between them and they are such characters. They work to pretty much the same routine interms of feeding times etc which was handy for all of us. Hatty I have to say though, is the best behaved child I have ever met. Honestly I couldn’t get my head around how good she was. She was so chilled and relaxed but then so are her parents. We popped the tennis on in the afternoon. Below they are looking very concerned about it all!! Hatty then did her first clap – so adorable!

IMG_4953Not sure what happened at the tennis here but Hatty clearly wanted Louis to see how concerned she was, “It’s okay Louis”. They were so funny playing together. Louis would get the toys out of the toy box and then Hatty would hide them!! Louis was like ‘where have they gone’. such comedy, and continued to get more toys out of the box.

Louis is still very much a dribbler. He now has another tooth so they are coming fast. I totally recommend the Cheeky Chompers which are a unique product that consist of a dribble bid with a chew on the end – all in one. We got ours from John Lewis. AMAZING!! Will and I first saw these on Dragons Den and said as soon as we have a baby we are so getting one of those. They are £11.99 which sounds expensive but I can’t recommend them highly enough. They are such good quality and they wash and wash and wash. They should last for ages.

He is rolling like a trooper now and getting ready in that crawling position but just can’t quite make it yet. Will he get there before our holiday?? Who knows! He’s just getting so frustrated with it all, bless him. Oh and he now attempts to wave, in a fashion anyway. Well I think it is, he he x

He also had his 8 months birthday last weekend. I honestly can’t believe how much he is growing up so fast. Love you sooooo much Louis Jordan. Cant wait to show you some more pics from this weekend soon when I’ve had chance to edit them. Life is just so busy being a mummy ;).

Thanks so much to George and Anna for such a fantastic weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

I hope you like Week 10.

Lots of love

Lisa xx
