Yes he did!! My birthday was actually the 10th September but my little boy has been unwell so I’ve not had chance to update as of late so expect two updates this week hopefully.

So when my husband, Will, said what do you want to do for your birthday, it was simple. I just wanted to spend the day with my boys. I really really wanted one of those mugs with the hand prints on for me. I knew Will would never really have the time really to get it done as a surprise so we incorporated it into my birthday. So first stop was the Pottery Paint Shop in Warwick.

There’s a lovely lady in the Pottery Paint Shop in Warwick called Pam, in the pic above and she basically helps with little mans hands and feet. He’s not too impressed mind! They won’t fit on a mug soon, they are growing so quickly. You should head down if you are local. They do all sorts including those very expensive hand prints you get done in Mothercare framed but for half the price!!

IMG_1931We were literally just sitting there painting the mugs, as we may have got some others done too but not saying too much in certain people read this!! and he said “Mama mama mama”. He started mumbling something the day before but no way as clear as this. This was the best present a Mama could ever have on their birthday.

The day just got better when we went for a lovely lunch and then had friends over for dinner.

I’m a very lucky girl to have my two boys.

Lots of love

Lisa xx
