My little boy has been a bit poorly recently bless him. He’s been so well so we know we have been lucky. The great thing is babies at this age can’t lie so he really tried to be happy but he ran out of energy and just flopped.

As you can see he’s getting into mischief still and this was when he was starting to get a it better and straight after a sleep. He basically got croup. I had no idea what it was but for those that don’t it’s like a barking cough I’ve never heard anything like in my life!! And every time he coughed it really hurt. 10 days later and he’s still got a cough but much much better now.

Anyway he’s pretty much fighting fit now but for a while I had snuggles on tap and I’ve watched enough CBeebies to last me a lifetime but I’ll never forget this time with my little boy even though he was poorly. He’s pretty much slept with me for a week too as he just couldn’t settle and wanted to know I was there. That felt amazing. Daddy’s pleased he is now back in his own cot though and on the road to recovery.
