This pic sums up a lot about mine and Louis Mummy and Son relationship. I do spend the majority of my time on the floor rolling about having fun!! This was taken by me but I just love it!! He’s 11 months now – where is time going!
Last weekend we arrived at Hopton Hall. Since my Dad passed away my mum decided to sell the family home. It was just too big for just my mum and it was time to move on. Unfortunately now it means that my mum doesn’t have a home to cater for all of us, especially as the family is growing rather large! But that doesn’t stop her, every year she treats us to a weekend away with all the family. This is not only incredibly generous of her to cater for 8 adults and 6 children, but it’s such fab memories to treasure forever. I actually wanted a weekend off photography as it’s been so manic but managed to capture a few of us before we all left.
I massively recommend Hopton Hall. In fact it’s so good we have booked it again for next year. It’s got a pool, football field, playground, loads of speace and trees to play high and seek around the grounds. It had on suites in every room and literally did not have a complaint about anything. Brilliant.
So what has Louis been up to this week. You’ll probably notice the graze on his head!! Yes Little Beanies could have edited this out but then that would’t be right would it! He was basically on his walker and had a topple onto the rubber wheels bless him. He’s still not walking although he can still do a couple of steps but getting more and more confident as time goes on. I also trapped his finger in the door! Felt like the worst mum ever and nearly had to take him to A&E. I felt so so bad but just managed an appointment at the GP to check it wasn’t broken.
I hope you enjoyed the long Week 22!!!
Lots of love
Lisa xx
