When you decide to move away from your home town, it can be quite difficult to keep in constant touch with all the lovely friends you made when you were younger. I now have a handful of friends from school who I keep in touch with and Lauren is definitely one of them. We have somehow always been able too as we went to the same Uni too and now we only live an hour from each other. We had a few years in the middle where we were further away when I was in Manchester (I know its no excuse) but when I moved to the West Midlands it just meant we saw more of each other and now our hubbys are good friends too. In fact they are off skiing in a few weeks so were going out to have a few cocktails – can’t wait!!. We were invited to their lovely new home and it is just stunning!! In fact you can take a sneak peek over on Rock My Style where Lauren is Editor. She is amazing. I try not to copy but her style is so nice – I can’t help it!! I was so worried about Louis trashing the place.
So what has Louis been up to this week? He’s now twirling around a lot on demand which is quite funny. He’s also yodelling which is hilarious, especially on a hospital ward when people are trying to rest!! We had to go in for his peanut challenge this week. Sounds very dramatic but he had a reaction to something and the doctors thought it maybe peanuts. It was a 6 hour process where Louis couldn’t eat anything but a crumb here and there until he’d eaten a full peanut biscuit. Luckily he didn’t have a reaction so he can now have peanut butter sandwiches which I’m sure he will love. Louis loves being centre of attention and if he isn’t we know about it. I think the terrible two’s have come early!!!!! EEEEEKKK! xx
Sorry if this blog is getting slightly boring for people. I just can’t stop now as its such an amazing way to capture his character and have it documented forever!!
Thanks for inviting us to your lovely home Lauren and for just being a fab friend.
I hope you’ve enjoyed week 38.
Lots of love
