So this week we celebrated Will’s first Father’s Day. We actually didn’t do much as we were travelling back from a wedding in Harrogate. We were both pretty shattered but I’d planned some nice presses for Will. Actually staying in and appreciating our home was exactly what we wanted to do.
Louis was thoroughly entertained by watching his daddy mow the lawn. I’m quite surprised actually that he didn’t cry as he’s such a scaredy cat sometimes. I did actually move him away as the mower got closer as I didn’t want anything to fly off into him.
Louis got Will a mug with his hand and foot prints on and some pics of Daddy and Will. Just some of the million I have taken of them both. So what has Louis been up to this week. He’s become much more vocal and has said ‘Da da’ for the first time properly. But will he do it on demand for Daddy – no!! Mr stubborn. He has also started to roll – at last but can only go back to front and then gets stuck and cries. He’s now eating his feet a lot too and starting to get a bit pickier with his food. It’s like he has to taste it first before he will continue. Although the blueberry pancakes I cooked this morning for breakie were an absolute hit. I made enough for the next few weeks so he better had do! Ha ha!
Excuse the dribble in the next few shots. Seriously he is literally just leaking like a tap. We get through about 4 dribble bibs a day but he now has his 2nd tooth bless him. I also got him weighed. He’s now shot up from the 9the to the 25th percentile and now 17.1 lbs. So literally only just coming out of his 6 month old clothes at 7.5 months. He’s still so tiny really.
I hope you like Week 7.
Lots of love
Lisa xx
