I’m currently waiting for my second little munchkin to arrive now, any day at 39 weeks. Louis was over two weeks early so the waiting is killing me but I’m just thinking every extra day I have is a another day with Louis before I become a mum of two.

I haven’t continued my project 52 just because it got crazy with the run up to having this one. When I’m back in full flow I will start it again. Thanks for all my amazing bookings and for those that have accommodated me having some time off to spend time with my family. I can’t thank you enough for your support. I have scheduled posts so you’ll see various ones come up over the next few months. Thank you thank you.

We went on our annual gathering to a cottage and Will and I took a few minutes out to capture our little monkey conker picking. He was just a couple of weeks off two here. I just love the ones below because they just shout pure innocence. I love a good non smiley picture sometimes. I always wonder what he is thinking. Here I am about 36 weeks pregnant.

Life has been a bit of a crazy as of late but I’m not complaining one bit. I never thought that running your own business, looking after a two year old and being pregnant could be so challenging. Please don’t think for one minute I’m complaining as I know I have got the best of every world and I’m incredibly lucky to be doing a job I love, whilst raising my family and I have Will to thank for that for helping make it happen. I do feel incredibly lucky right now. I’ve loved each and everyone of my clients too. I just meet the loveliest people.

I couldn’t let his second birthday pass without writing a few words to my little boy Louis especially before our second child arrives. Now be warned, I have serious amount of emotion running around me at the moment so please excuse the soppiness:

“Louis, you are my sunshine, I literally love waking up everyday and knowing that you are in my life. You make me and your daddy so proud and happy. The things you do ‘mummy cuggels’ and say ‘mummy pretty’, ‘not funny mummy’, Hatty did it’ honestly just crack me up. You have a huge character and I’m looking forward to seeing you grow and become who you will be.

“You have your moments, don’t get me wrong. You can be a determined little man but I know this is all the making of you and both your mummy and daddy are too, so why would we expect anything less. You are kind and caring although sometimes your kindness takes over a bit and you squeeze a little bit tight (sorry to children that have experienced this) but I know it’s not because you are a monkey but because you are learning and understanding the boundaries in life, although you do get a good telling off and respond without me saying anything ‘sorry mummy'”

“My favourite time of the day with you is when we sit in bed with our cup of tea and milk first thing and the world is waking up around us and we just snuggle whilst watching postman pat. I am a little bit worried about how life will be with a our new baby but Louis I want you to know that you’ll always be my favourite eldest boy”

“Thanks for being so amazing! Love Always Mummy xxxxx”

I’m not going to lie, I am so nervous about the effect of having another baby will be on mine and Louis’ relationship. We have so much fun together and I’m worried I won’t be able to give him the time I have now. I know lots of people do it. But any hints and tips will be much appreciated. I literally look at him sleeping every night and not knowing when the last night of it being just the 3 of us will be. I’m excited but a little apprehensive about it all, but I do know I’m very lucky.

Lots of love to everyone. See you on the other side of newborn-ness!!! unless I have time to write another post!!!!! Come on Baby Jordan!!!
